Attracting the right people
Bupa is an international healthcare company with customers in 190 countries. Following the launch of the new brand identity we were briefed to develop best practice principles for recruitment advertising. Our principles advised how to structure and write targeted adverts to attract the ‘right’ candidates, people who would live Bupa’s values and have the relevant skills and experience. Example ads were designed to inspire and demonstrate a look and feel that would appeal to job seekers.
