Communicating culture and values to a global audience

Wood Group is a leading international energy services company, employing more than 41,000 people worldwide, operating in 50 countries and newly listed in the FTSE 100. As the Group has matured, the need to formalise the culture and values of the business has become essential to its growth so the ‘Living the Values’ campaign was developed. The campaign included branding, videos, online communications, literature and an awards programme to spread the word across the global Wood Group community.
