Complying with international reporting standards
Pallinghurst Resources is a private equity company focused on two distinct areas: the mining sector and luxury brands, particularly Fabergé. Its primary focus is on underperforming assets and businesses that lack direction, are poorly managed, stranded or distressed. In producing the company’s annual report and SENS release we had to convey a complex set of corporate messages to a truly international audience and all in accordance with the Johannesburg Stock Exchange regulations.
