Being the customer
eBay encourages all employees to experience eBay as a customer, and to become advocates of the eBay marketplace. The Deutschland Index (DEX) invites staff to sign up as both individuals and within teams, to compete in monthly challenges to become ‘top trader’. Farraday developed the DEX identity, launch campaign, sign-up site and a lively animation in German and English. Challenges are updated each month to sustain interest and scores are captured in real time online by the DEX leader board and are published via the campaign website.
