Branding an internal support team
eBay’s business customer sales and support teams were merging to become Merchant Development. This marked a renewed focus on eBay’s sellers in order to promote a world-class sales organisation. Farraday was asked to develop an internal brand for Merchant Development to convey its strategic importance within the business. The look and feel is hi-tech to represent ‘redefining commerce’, but doesn’t lose sight of the valuable personal relationships that will drive its success.
