First and foremost, we are a graphic design agency. We design for print and digital communications. We predominately work for corporate brands, but we love to get our hands on all sorts of creative projects.

Engaging staff in a difficult transition
Freshfields' Infrastructure Consolidation Project (ICP) aimed to future-proof outdated IT systems in order to deliver a more resilient and secure system. The new IT system required a behaviour change internally. We were tasked with developing communications materials to explain the new ways of working in a simple but engaging way to employees who were resistant to change. We developed a ‘how to’ animation supported by a desk drop and poster campaign to support this migration in the UK, Spain, Italy, France and Germany.
